Earlier this week a Salt Lake City woman was arrested in West Yellowstone for using bogus money in east Idaho.]]></description>

Vela was controversially convicted for murdering an Iraqi citizen after he was ordered to do so by his commanding officer. Vela has a parole plan which includes a full-time job offer in Burley, as well as housing for him and his wife and two children. Vela's father, Curtis Carnahan tells KIDK he's confident the board will grant him parole. That hearing is set for October 7th.]]></description>
