The 2012 Recipe Rumble is this Saturday, May 19 at the Shilo Inn Convention Center in Idaho Falls.
Pre-register by this Thursday, May 17, 2012. Download and complete this PDF registration form. Submit form and fees to the Idaho Falls KLCE studios, 400 West Sunnyside.

About:
Bake-off, Cook-off and Kid’s Challenge participants will prepare dish in their home kitchen and transport to Recipe Rumble event. Grill-off will need to provide their own grill at the event. Check in will be at times noted above at the Recipe Rumble Check-in area. All applicants are responsible for supplying 6 servings for judging. Pies should be provided uncut. Photos will be taken of all participants and food items. Judging will consist of five local judges in each category, with only the three middle scores tabulated – throwing out the high and low score on all judging.
Prizes will be awarded as follows: First place — $50, second place — $25, third place — $10 in each category. All participants will receive the official 2012 Recipe Rumble apron. To compete for the overall “Grand Prize Package” you must compete in all five categories in the Bake-off or Cook-off divisions. Individual scores will be added together and a prize package (over $800 value) will be awarded to the top overall score courtesy of Rush’s Kitchen Supply. Top recipes will be featured in the 2012 KLCE Cook Book to be distributed in November 2012, as well as published in future issues of Idaho Falls magazine.
