Bonneville County Deputies Speak Out About Fugitive

(IDAHO FALLS) – Bonneville County Sheriff’s deputies are speaking out about a fugitive who walked away from a work release program nearly two weeks ago. Officials say they did not notify the public that 20-year-old Raymond Kyle was on the loose until he was considered armed and dangerous.
