Burley Man Killed While Crossing I-86

(POCATELLO) – A Burley man was killed Saturday night while running across I-86 west of Pocatello. Idaho State Police say 22-year-old Ismael Ochoa had been involved in disagreement with other passengers he’d been traveling with and left his vehicle. Ochoa was then hit by a pickup truck driven by a Heyburn man. Ochoa died at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
