D. 93 Lays off Counselors

(IDAHO FALLS) – Counselors in Bonneville School District 93 will be let go at the end of this school year. Local News 8 reports that the district will leave all but five positions open for rehiring for the 2012 school year and is encouraging counselors to reapply as soon as possible. District officials say $3.7 million in budget cuts forced drastic measures.
