I.F. Man Sentenced for Shooting Sons

(IDAHO FALLS) – An Idaho Falls man who punished his sons by shooting them in the legs with an air-soft gun has been sentenced. 29-year-old Joshua Brotherson has a 90-day suspended jail sentence with a year of probation. All four boys who were under the age of ten were reported to Child Protective Services after officials noticed welts on the boys calves.
