Pocatello Man May Make Plea Deal

(POCATELLO) – A Pocatello man accused of sexually abusing a minor may reach a plea deal with prosecutors by next week. 47-year-old Juan Mariani was scheduled to appear in court yesterday, but will now wait until next Tuesday. Mariani faces two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor under the age of 16 and is being held in the Bannock County jail on a $500,000 bond.
