Idaho Falls 4th of July Celebrations Still Going Strong

This is usually prime time for planning Fourth of July celebrations and fireworks displays, but this year, cities across the country like Cincinnati and Chicago are canceling their shows. The culprits: dry weather and a struggling economy.
