Update: FAA Investigates Blackfoot Plane Crash
Published atThe Federal Aviation Administration is investigating what caused a crop-duster airplane to crash onto the Blackfoot Golf Course Tuesday afternoon. Police say the pilot had just taken off from the Blackfoot airport when he lost power. The plane’s wings were clipped after hitting three big pine trees, though the pilot was not injured. The golf course however, is cleaning things up in preparation for this weekend’s Von Elm Tournament, which is expected to bring over 200 players.
