Rigby Man Arrested for Delivery

Idaho Falls Police arrested Kevin Sermon Tuesday on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
Joelyn Hansen, PIO for Idaho Falls Police, told East Idaho News that Sermon, 21, of Rigby was served the warrant at the Bonneville County Jail where he was being held on other charges from a separate incident.
According to reports, the arrest stems from the July 11 drug bust at 157 Whittier where officers arrested a woman and a teen girl on drug charges. Officers seized marijuana, marijuana bongs and pipes, cash and other items from the house.
Some of the items found were linked to Sermon.
Sermon was also arrested as a result of a June incident where he sold 18.8 grams of marijuana to an individual.
