(POCATELLO) – Sixth District Judge Stephen Dunn has pushed back the sentencing of a Pocatello man accused of killing Gregory Parent last November. 33-year-old Daniel Grant Olson wants a psychologist at his sentencing. Olson pleaded guilty in June to a charge of voluntary manslaughter. Once convicted, Olson could face up to 15 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
