Crash Expert Did Not Lie in Fatal Case

(BOISE) – After a lengthy internal investigation, Idaho State Police say their top accident reconstruction expert did not lie during a murder-trial in northern Idaho. ISP officials announced Friday that Corporal Fred Rice did not purger himself when he took the state after a fatal road rage case. A retrial for murder-suspect Jonathan Ellington is pending.
