Hunter Killed by Grizzly

(LINCOLN, Mont.) – A Nevada man is dead after being attacked by a grizzly bear in Montana. 39-year-old Steve Stevenson of Winnemucca, Nev. was hunting black bears with friends near the Idaho-Montana border in Lincoln County. The victim’s hunting partner, 21-year-old Ty Bell, shot and wounded the young male grizzly, which was later tracked down and killed. State and federal authorities are investigating the case.
