(BOISE) – Idaho Gov. Butch Otter has decided that he won’t pass up millions of dollars in federal money to help set up health insurance exchanges. Otter says he thought the alternative plan might put Idaho in an unfavorable situation with Washington. States must set up insurance exchanges by January 2014 or face a possible government intervention. Idaho is among nearly 30 states suing over health care reform.
