Student Hit By SUV

(IDAHO FALLS) – A Falls Valley Elementary School student was hospitalized Tuesday after being hit by an SUV outside the school. Local News 8 reports that a kindergartner fell between the front and rear wheels of the vehicle after being “playfully pushed” by a fellow classmate. The driver didn’t see the girl and pulled forward, running over the victim’s arm. Officials say the girl suffered soft tissue damage and a cut. District 93 administrators are encouraging drivers going through the after-school pickup line to use caution and pay close attention to their surroundings.
