Fish and Game Test for Chronic Wasting

(POCATELLO) – Hunters traveling in the region are being advised to stop at game checking stations being set up around the state. With the first week of deer season underway, officials are testing the harvested animals for Chronic Wasting Disease. Fish and Game officials are encouraging hunters to stay safe and read the regulations. Hunters can report poaching by calling their nearest Fish and Game office or local law enforcement.
