Heyburn Man Gets 10 Years for Vehicular Manslaughter

(BOISE) – A Heyburn man who received a suspended sentence for a drunken crash that killed a Rupert teen is heading to prison. 27-year-old Robert Ray Brackenbury will spend 10 years in prison for the 2005 incident. Brackenbury pleaded guilty to a DUI last November, which violated his probation. The 2005 crash killed Brackenbury’s 14-year-old passenger, Aimee Marie Souza.
