N. Idaho Boy Dies in Hunting Accident

(COEUR d’ALENE) – A northern Idaho boy is dead after being shot during a hunting accident Saturday. Police say 35-year-old Robert Barlett of St. Maries was putting his rifle in a vehicle when it accidentally discharged, hitting his 7-year-old son Connor. The boy died on the way to the hospital. An investigation is ongoing.
