Idaho Falls Man Wanted in D.C. Shooting

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – An Idaho Falls man is wanted in connection to a shooting in Washington D.C. U.S. Park Police say 21-year-old Oscar Ramiro Ortega fired shots between the White House and the Washington Monument. Ortega faces a felony charge of carrying a dangerous weapon. Ortega is described as a white male, 5-feet 11-inches tall with brown eyes and black hair. He is believed to have remained in the Capital, but may be on his way back to Idaho.
