Online Class Requirement Up for Vote

(BOISE) – State education officials are deciding this week whether Idaho’s requirements for students to take at least two online credits will move forward. Idaho would become the first state in the nation to require two online credits. Only three other states – Alabama, Florida, and Michigan – have adopted online requirements since 2006. The final tally is expected to take place during a special meeting Thursday.
