Construction Workers Sue Pocatello

(POCATELLO) – The Building Contractors Association of Southeast Idaho believes the city of Pocatello is disguising connection fees as a tax. The fees have increased from $300 to $5,000 in the last ten years, which may have caused the price of new homes to skyrocket. The group has filed a suit and is claiming the city’s way of calculating fees is unconstitutional.
