Drive-By Shooter Arrested

(POCATELLO) – Police have arrested a man believed to be responsible for a drive-by shooting in Pocatello Wednesday morning. Investigators say Gordon Graves shot a man and a woman on the 800 block of Washington Ave. around 3:30 a.m. The man was struck in the leg and refused medical treatment. The woman was struck in the arm, taken to Portneuf Medical Center for treatment, and later released. Police responded to a domestic disturbance call at the residence about an hour prior to the shooting. Graves faces felony charges of aggravated battery.
