Foyt Racing Hires Mike Conway

Dan Helrigel/IndyCar(WALLER, Texas) — A.J. Foyt Racing has hired Mike Conway to drive the number 14 Honda in 2012. Conway, 28, won the Long Beach Grand Prix last season and finished in the top ten four times.
“With the Series having twice as many road courses as ovals, we looked for a driver who is fast on those tracks and Mike has certainly proved himself in that area,” Foyt told his team’s website.
Conway made his IndyCar debut in 2009.
