Jackson Hospital Work Suspended to Meet Budget

(JACKSON, Wyo.) – Work to expand and renovate St. John’s Medical Center in Jackson has ground to a halt as hospital officials look at ways to keep the project on budget. Acting CEO John Kren says supplies and labor could be as high as $3.5 million over budget. Meanwhile, work on the hospital could be delayed for up to four months. The nearly $26 million project has been on hold since Nov. 28.
