(CALDWELL) – For thousands of Idaho residents, agriculture is a way of life. Economists however, see a much more promising future in “agritourism.” The Idaho Division of Tourism is working on statewide initiatives that promote year-round culinary events and package deals. Those deals include bed and breakfast businesses highlighting Idaho’s farm communities. Experts say there’s a great deal of interest in the state’s wine industry.
