(AMERICAN FALLS) – A Power County couple is behind bars after their toddler overdosed on prescription drugs. Authorities say the arrests stem from a Dec. 29 incident that put the boy in a Salt Lake City hospital. The two-year-old son of Jim Norton and Liz Martinez spent a week in intensive care and also tested positive for methamphetamine. Norton and Martinez both face felony charges of child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance. They’re each being held on a $25,000 bond.
