San Antonio Spurs/NBA(MINNEAPOLIS) — San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili has broken his left hand and is out indefinitely.

The injury occurred during Monday’s game versus Minnesota, when he fouled the Timberwolves center Anthony Tolliver.

“It’s going to be tough for us because he was playing at an All-Star level,” said Spurs point guard Tony Parker. “And now we’re going to have to have everybody pick it up.”

Through five games, Ginobili was averaging 17.4 points and 3.8 rebounds a game.
