Halle Berry’s Baby Daddy Under Investigation for Child Endangerment

Jesse Grant/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend and the father of her daughter Nahla, is under investigation for alleged criminal child endangerment and battery, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.
The alleged incident happened when Aubry was supposed to take the 3-year-old child to school last Wednesday but kept her home instead. Nahla’s nanny went to pick up her up from school but was informed she had not attended that day.
The report states that when the nanny went to Aubry’s house to try and find out what had happened, she was allegedly pushed into a door, while she held the child in her arms.
At that point, according to the police report, Aubry flew into a rage, yelling, “You’re the f***ing nanny. Who do you think you are? You’re a nobody. You don’t need to f****ing know anything.”
It’s claimed that the Canadian male model, who stands 6-foot-4, pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out of a door, while she was holding Nahla.
TMZ says police launched an investigation after the nanny filed a report. Reps for Berry and Aubry have not commented on the report.
