(POCATELLO) – A Seattle man has pleaded not guilty to luring two Pocatello girls across state lines for sex. 28-year-old Wayne Allen Ginnis denies that he wanted to do anything illegal with the girls, aged 12 and 13. Ginnis and another man, 47-year-old James Russell Ashley, met the girls on the Internet and later spoke by cell phone. Prosecutors allege that Ginnis and Ashley bought bus tickets for the girls to travel to California. The girls were later intercepted in St. George, Utah. If convicted, both men face a minimum 10-year sentence.
