Report: Avril Lavigne Splits from Brody Jenner

Peter Kramer/NBC(LOS ANGELES) — Avril Lavigne and her boyfriend of nearly two years, reality TV star Brody Jenner, have split, reportedly because she was too controlling.
According to Us Weekly, the couple broke up last week, with one source saying, “He hasn’t worked and he wants to. They were both unhappy because he wants to have his career, she wants him to stay with her.”
The source claims Lavigne forced the former Hills star to reject various TV offers he received.
Lavigne was romantically linked to Jenner in early 2010, just months after she filed for divorce from rocker Deryck Whibley. Later that year, they reportedly both got tattoos of each other’s names.
