(POCATELLO) – Faculty leaders at Idaho State Universitysay they’ve failed to resolve their differences with university President Arthur Vailas. Members of the Faculty Senate say they new constitution was drafted by school administrators without their input. Organizers have also filed a lawsuit against Vailas and the school, claiming their free-speech rights were violated when Vailas prohibited the Faculty Senate from sending e-mails to the campus community.
