No Structural Damage to Rose’s Back

Chicago Bulls/NBA(CHICAGO) — Good and bad news for Bulls fans. The good news: Derrick Rose had a back specialist confirm there is no structural damage to his back. The bad news is there is no timetable set for his return.
“I think he (Derrick) realizes that until he’s back to 100 percent that he needs to get his rest and continue with therapy to try to get him back where he’s healthy,” Bulls general manager Gar Forman said. “We’re always cautious with any injury, and we want to evaluate all the information and have our medical staff keep tabs with what’s going on.”
The league’s reigning MVP has missed Chicago’s last two games with what is being called back spasms.
