O’Neal, who’s 47, had pleaded guilty to felony charges of driving under the influence and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Prosecutors said O’Neal had cocaine, marijuana and other drugs in his system when the crash occurred. He’d been on probation at the time for a 2007 drunken driving conviction.

O’Neal was arrested on New Year’s Eve for alleged misdemeanor domestic battery in connection with an incident involving his wife.
