(PROVO, Utah) – A 36-year-old Orem, Utah man is accused to trying to extort money and sexual favors from an engaged male Brigham Young University student he met on Craigslist. Brad Ray Adams was arraigned Monday in Provo on felony counts of forcible sodomy and voyeurism among other charges. Police say the student sent a sexually suggestive photo to Adams, and Adams threatened to alert BYU officials if he didn’t meet up with him. Adams then allegedly videotaped their encounter and claimed he would release the video unless he was paid money.
