McCutchen Agrees to Long-Term Deal With Pirates

David Carlson/MLB Photos via Getty Images(BRADENTON, Fla.) — The Pittsburgh Pirates and All-Star center fielder Andrew McCutchen have agreed to a six-year deal worth $51.5 million.
McCutchen, 25, had his best season as a Pirate in 2011, hitting .259 with 23 home runs, 89 RBI, and 23 stolen bases. He has missed only 12 games in the past two seasons.
Pittsburgh selected McCutchen in the first round of the 2005 draft.
