Report: Demi Moore Leaves Utah Rehab Facility

Stephen Lovekin/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — Last month, E! News reported that Demi Moore had checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Sundance, Utah, for treatment of an eating disorder as well as addiction issues. TMZ.com subsequently denied the report.
But it seems E! News is sticking by its original story, reporting on Thursday that Moore has left Cirque Lodge. E! News says Moore is now “on vacation” at an undisclosed location. A source says, “She’s in no rush to get back to L.A.”
Moore was hospitalized in January after experiencing seizure-like symptoms. Her rep said at the time that the Ghost star was seeking treatment for exhaustion.
