Earlier this month, Bieber tweeted his 19 million followers a random phone number, and said, “Call me right now.” Ever the prankster, not only was the number not his, but Beebs reportedly left off a digit, prompting legions of Beliebers to fill in the blank.

Although he deleted the message, Bieber’s fans were relentless, and according to TMZ, bearing the brunt of their attention was an older woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent — both of whom say they were flooded with calls from JB’s eager fans.

A lawyer tells TMZ that Bieber’s “reckless” behavior led to his clients fielding a thousand unwanted calls at all hours of the day.  They’re threatening to sue if they’re not compensated for their trouble.
