“Twins” Sequel in the Works

Jesse Grant/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — More than two decades after Twins, we might have Triplets.
Late Thursday, the Hollywood Reporter said that a sequel to the 1988 hit comedy starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito is in the works. The two stars would come back for the feature, currently titled Triplets, and yuck it up with a new brother they recently discovered, Eddie Murphy.
In an email, DeVito’s publicist told ABC News, “the project is being developed.”
The Hollywood Reporter said a director hasn’t been tapped for the film, and Universal is looking for writers to develop the idea.
Reps for Schwarzenegger and Murphy did not immediately respond to ABC’s requests for comment.
