Cops Crack Down on Aggressive Drivers

(IDAHO FALLS) – The state is giving local law enforcement agencies extra funds to crack down on aggressive drivers. Officers in Bonneville County tell KIDK that aggressive drivers include those that speed to beat traffic lights, text behind the wheel, and don’t use signals between lanes. The statewide ban on texting while driving goes into effect July 1. The extra patrols will go on from now through April 30.
