The MS Balmoral, a luxury cruise liner operated by Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, departed England Sunday and was set to pick up passengers in France and Ireland before continuing to America.

The ship’s progress has been delayed by strong winds Monday that have prevented the Balmoral from docking in Cobh, Ireland. The 45 mph winds and rough seas are keeping the boat at bay until early evening, according to the BBC.

The Balmoral is set to sail with the same number of passengers aboard as the Titanic had 100 years ago, and has taken its memorial voyage seriously, hosting passengers in early 1900s-era costumes, offering some of the same meals eaten by passengers on the Titanic, and planning memorial services along the route.

Some of the passengers are descendants of passengers who perished on the 1912 luxury liner.

The ship was expected to reach New York in 10 days. It is unclear whether that arrival date has changed.
