Idaho Falls Parking Lot Evacuated

 

 

 

 

 

(IDAHO FALLS) – Police, fire, and HAZMAT crews evacuated a parking lot in Idaho Falls Thursday afternoon. Officials say a cylinder containing hazardous gas broke at the old Fred Meyer on North Yellowstone, where INL buses park. Two employees who managed the property were exposed to the gas and evaluated by medical personnel at EIRMC. The gas was not radioactive and posed no significant danger to the public.
