Man Helps Downtown Idaho Falls Clean

(IDAHO FALLS) – For almost 20 years, a local man has worked to keep historic downtown Idaho Falls clear of clutter. Local News 8 reports that Jim Pletscher works free of charge, sweeping sidewalks and gutters, as well as washing windows. Pletscher worked for nearly 40 years at the Idaho National Laboratory before retiring. He says he wants downtown to glisten, and looks forward to serving the community every week.
