Report: Lindsay Lohan Bar ‘Victim’ Trying to Sell Story

Mark Boster-Pool/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — The woman who claims Lindsay Lohan assaulted her in a Hollywood nightclub last week is attempting to tell her story to a gossip magazine, according to RadarOnline.
Lohan, who ended her formal probation less than two weeks ago, has been accused of shoving 34-year-old waitress Marissa Sullivan Dugas after she apparently took a liking to one of Lohan’s friends. However, both Lohan and her rep insist she wasn’t even at the bar where her would-be victim told cops the altercation took place.
“There is just one little problem with this scenario,” a source tells the gossip site. “Lindsay absolutely wasn’t even at The Standard on Thursday night. This entire debacle was completely fabricated and the allegations are totally bogus. Lindsay’s attorneys are LIVID, and when it’s proven that this girl made up these allegations, her a** is grass.”
