Game 2 of a double header: The Detroit Tigers (10-5) bopped the Texas Rangers (12-3), 3-2.

The Toronto Blue Jays (8-6) blasted the Kansas City Royals (3-11), 9-5.

The Cleveland Indians (8-5) stomped the Oakland Athletics (7-9), 5-1.

The Tampa Bay Rays (8-7) rolled past the Minnesota Twins (5-10), 4-1.

The Los Angeles Angels (6-9) doubled up the Baltimore Orioles (8-7), 6-3.

The New York Yankees (9-6) came back and beat the Red Sox (4-10), 15-9.
