Two-Car Accident Blocks Roadway for Hours in Pocatello

(POCATELLO) — Traffic was blocked at a Pocatello intersection for over two hours Monday after a two-car accident sent one man to the hospital. Authorities say one of the drivers ran a stop sign and collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Benton St. and 2nd Ave. Crews worked for nearly a half hour to free a man trapped in his SUV. He was later transported to Portneuf Medical Center, though his condition is unknown.
