Builder Confidence Reaches Five-Year High Point

(IDAHO FALLS) – A recent survey shows that confidence among American homebuilders is at a five-year high. Local News 8 reports that regional contractors are starting to find more projects as more people are willing to start from scratch with new homes. Still, the number of new homes under construction is down as much as ninety percent from what it was six years ago. Experts say the industry is ready for a pick-me-up, and the survey could mean there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
