(IDAHO FALLS) – The recent death of a Pocatello infant to whooping cough is leaving some health experts concerned that many in eastern Idaho aren’t properly vaccinating themselves and their children. Experts say pertussis vaccines should start in children as young as two months, following a recommended vaccination schedule. Idaho law requires students entering public school to have up-to-date booster shots through seventh grade.
