Idaho Fails to Qualify for No Child Left Behind Waiver

Idaho is still bound to the law’s toughest requirements after failing to make a list of exempt states released Tuesday. State Superintendent Tom Luna says the law sets unrealistic benchmarks and wants Idaho to adopt its own school accountability system.
