(POCATELLO) – A Pocatello woman delivered a baby in the City Hall parking lot Tuesday.  Camille Gilbert was on her way to the hospital with her husband, Tyler, but didn’t quite make it in time. When police officers arrived to assist, baby Oakley was already delivered. Camille says her daughter’s birth came so quickly that they simply “didn’t have time to panic.” Both mom and baby were in good shape after Oakley was born. Officers say they were surprised to see mom so calm and collected moments after the birth.
