Andrew Miller has been activated from the DL to take Cook’s spot. Miller will come out of the bullpen for the Sox. He has been rehabbing a sprained left hamstring he suffered during spring training.

During 10 relief appearances in Triple-A Pawtucket, Miller has pitched 11 innings, striking out 23, walking 14 while compiling a  5.73 ERA.
